Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and when you need it, we’ve got your back. Our gym always has a personal trainer on the floor for you to make sure you are hitting your exercises with the correct form to help maximize your results and prevent injury.
We take pride in making sure our facility is clean and sanitary on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. In addition to following all local guidelines for safety, our gym has sanitizing spray at each zone for easy wiping down before and after each use. We take temperatures upon entrance, space out our equipment to follow social distance guidelines and limit our membership capacity to keep your safety our number one priority.

So whether you have a kid in a stroller or a “tween” too young to go to a traditional gym, we’ve got you covered. If your child is 12 or older, bring em along and workout side by side! Our private Facebook Community is for members only and is one of the most encouraging, inspiring places on the internet (pretty refreshing these days, huh?). Getting to the gym is only part of your journey. Once you step in the gym, give us 35 minutes and we will take care of the rest. When you leave the gym, your body will continue burning calories and we want to add rocketfuel to your diet by giving you a full four-week meal plan. In addition, we will throw in some of the tastiest smoothie recipes you have ever tried!
Our certified personal trainers are a great place to start your journey. For a small additional fee, you can sign up for one-on-one sessions with our professional trainers to encourage, empower, and ensure that you not only reach but exceed your fitness goals.
